BIO'S
André Felipe Lima, a talented violinist from São Paulo, Brazil, began his musical journey in a social project where he learned to play the violin. At the age of ten, he became the concertmaster of the school's string orchestra and went on to tour internationally, performing with a 3000 musician orchestra in Buenos Aires. He studied under renowned teachers in Brazil and had the opportunity to play with esteemed musicians like Yo-Yo Ma and Marin Alsop. In 2015, André was awarded a Talent Grant that allowed him to move to Holland to pursue his musical dreams.

In Holland, André joined various string orchestras and performed in major halls across the country. He also ventured into improvising, arranging, conducting, teaching, and playing different music styles, becoming a more versatile musician. He worked with notable artists in both classical and pop genres, including Iris Hond and Marcel Veenendaal. Currently, André is the first violinist of the Marmoucha Orchestra, which explores a fusion of music styles from around the world and collaborates with renowned musicians. This experience continues to broaden his skills and knowledge.
