A maximum of 30 tickets will be sold for each live concert. No ticket will be sold at the door, only online!
Very important: For your and our health and safety we ask you not to come to the concert if you have symptoms of fever, coughing, fatigue or other symptoms. Please inform us in time so we can resell your tickets.
Also important: do not come alone, but in household groups of two to four people. There will be 1.5 m distance between each group.

A celebrated award winning jazz pianist from South Afrika and a Hamonica player, pioneer of the South American blues join their forces and talents for a special programme at Munganga. They will perform an intimate concert with some of the most beautiful Brazilian and Jazz music of their choice.

Jason Reolon
Jason is a celebrated award winning jazz piano player from Cape Town, South Africa. In all his musical undertakings, Reolon never fails to move, inspire and challenge audiences with his fresh and dynamic approach to his art. Complex, groovy, soulful, his music transcends the boundaries of jazz to reach new and exciting realms in the world of sound. He is also a lecturer of jazz piano at the University of Cape Town, the same esteemed institution he graduated from with BMus Jazz Degree in 2001. Jason won the South African National Overseas Scholarship Competition for Jazz Piano, an honour which took him to move to New York in 2004 to further his studies and career.
During his now 20 year journey as a professional artist, Reolon has formed and been part of numerous notable groups and collaborated with reputable artists across the genre spectrum and boasts a string of 8 acclaimed albums. He has performed on stages and festivals around the world having recently completed his first successful tour to the USA, his third tour to Australia and fourth tour to Europe. No matter the project, he is dedicated to honing his craft, constantly searching for new ways to expand and redefine what ‘jazz’ means to audiences and music-makers alike.

Alex Rossi 
A pioneer of the SouthAmerican blues circuit, Alex Rossi,  a Brazilian harmonicamaster throws his hat into the international Jazz ring with the effortless virtuosity of the seasoned artist that he is.Rossi has performed and recorded  with celebrated blues legends including Smokin’JoeKubek,HashBrown, Sam Myers, Holland K. Smith, Robert Ealey, Magic Slim, Curly “Barefoot” Miller, Mike Buck, Hubert Sumlin,  Susan Tedeschi, Shawn Pittman, David“Honeyboy”Edwards, Phil Guy, John Primer, Billy Branch and Jeff Healey to name a few.Alex Rossi Quartet Plays Tom Jobim follows on the heels of Rossi’s performance on soundtracks in the recent award winning cinematic hit, Nono The Zig Zag Kid, starring Isabella Rosellini.

In 2013 Alex Rossi moved to Amsterdam and in 2016 Rossi played and produced an album Tribute to the great Toots Thielemans, together with another best 5 harmonica players in the world.

Recently release new  album "Something To Say" with the great guitar player Ozeias Rodrigues.
