In Amsterdam, the Munganga Theatre hosts the show; Helbe Machado Trio, launching “Sinergia”, inviting the renowned Femke Smit for an evening of Brazilian jazz, Samba Jazz, and Contemporary Jazz. This show celebrates the meeting of ideas, trajectories, and voices that recognize each other on stage.
The album is named as such because it is built from vibrant partnerships, deep musical exchanges, and musical dialogues that form through listening. At the same time, “Sinergia” marks a special moment in the artist's career: the album features two entirely original compositions, the first he composed alone, from creation to arrangement.
And to brighten this special evening, Jochem Braat will be on piano and Pedro Ivo on bass, making the night even more special.
