Normally, the roda de choro is organised once a month, by pianist Elizabeth Fadel and 7-string guitar player Daniel Montes.
In this Brazilian roda (roundtable), musicians familiar with choro can participate.

Today, in this special editon of Roda de Choro, Elizabeth Fadel and Daniel Montes are inviting five great choro musicians to present a night of music that promises to be unforgettable. In this evening, the musicians will present a repertoire of the best of this genre of Brazilian music.

Choro is a Brazilian music style from Rio de Janeiro, from the 19th century.
it mixes classical music like polca and march, with African rhythms like lundu and maxixe.

The combination makes people smile and even dance.

Normaal gesproken wordt de roda de choro één keer per maand georganiseerd, door pianiste Elizabeth Fadel en 7-snarig gitarist Daniel Montes.
Aan deze Braziliaanse roda (rondetafel) kunnen muzikanten deelnemen die bekend zijn met choro.

Vandaag, in deze speciale editie van Roda de Choro, nodigen Elizabeth Fadel en Daniel Montes vijf grote choromuzikanten uit om een onvergetelijke muziekavond te presenteren.
Op deze avond presenteren de musici een repertoire van het beste uit dit genre van Braziliaanse muziek.

Choro is een Braziliaanse muziekstijl uit Rio de Janeiro uit de 19e eeuw.
