Dulce Sequeira is a native of São Vicente (CV). She is an incredibly diverse talent. She is a trained kindergarten teacher and cultural activist. She is a singer, dancer and rhythmic gymnast, special education teacher, theater and film actress. Her natural charm and charisma are not faked. Dulce plays herself no matter what she does. The way she does this is amazing.
