It is around the legendary Antonio Carlos Jobim that Brazilian guitarist Vitor Garbelotto and Belgian pianist Anne Wolf have decided to cross their strings to offer us intimate, poetic, and vibrant moments of energy through a carefully crafted repertoire.

They will introduce us to some lesser-known pearls by the renowned Brazilian composer, as well as works by one of his own masters, the great Radamés Gnattali.

Reflecting the sources of inspiration of Antonio Carlos Jobim, Vitor Garbelotto and Anne Wolf skillfully blend classical music and jazz, reminding us of how this art beyond words has the power to build bridges between different cultures.

Anne Wolf
Educated at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels in both the classical and the jazz department Anne Wolf then explores the Belgian and the international scenes as a pianist and keyboard player easily switching from pop songs to contemporary jazz including various styles as African music, Cuban or Brazilian ...

These many experiences will gradually forge a unique and personal style found throughout the five CDs published under her own name. Anne Wolf was awarded with the Django d'Or Young Talent Award in 2002, she played and recorded with most of the big names in Belgian jazz and is also active as a music teacher.

" The delicate and sophisticated music out of the fingers of Anne Wolf goes straight to the hart." (C. Rygaert)
