Sun 19 Oct 2025 – LuizGa New Album ‘’Yemamaya” – acoustic performance – Feat. Felipe José de Abreu

Following the success of his track “Yemamaya”, Brazilian composer and singer Luizga releases his new album on June 27, 2025, blending trip-hop, soul, and Afro-Brazilian rhythms into a sound that connects tradition with contemporary influences.

The album brings together five tracks from his 2022 EP, four new original compositions, and a version of “Say My Name” by Destiny’s Child.

On this tour, Luizga performs in an acoustic duo format with longtime friend and collaborator Felipe José de Abreu (cello, flute). Together, they revisit the album’s songs in a stripped-down setting, creating new arrangements live on stage. Felipe, who has worked with artists such as Hermeto Pascoal and Egberto Gismonti, adds his own musical voice and sensitivity to the performance.
