In the repertoire, the trio formed by Milton Daud, Edinho Godoy and Aguinaldo Pereira reinforce the brand that has characterized the group since its beginning: reinterpretations of themes by great Brazilian composers, built with great creativity and sensitivity, where the guitars are interspersed in their functions throughout each performance, surprisingly exposing the characteristics of each musician. Thus, the authenticity and personality so striking in the work of the trio stand out.
The authorial compositions are also highlighted, emphasizing even more the characteristics and identity of the group. The arrangements are proposed with the aim of sensitizing both the listener who is not used to instrumental music and the most demanding listener.

The guitar trio COR DAS CORDAS has two albums in its trajectory: "Cor das cordas" , released by Lua Music in 2010 (and digitally re-released in 2020 by the KUARUP label) and "Outras Cores" , released in 2019 by the KUARUP label.

In the current show, songs from the two albums, with themes by Tom Jobim, João Bosco, Chico Buarque, Milton Nascimento, Djavan and Edu Lobo, join the new arrangements, which honor Dorival Caymmi, Noel Rosa, Baden Powell and Ivan Lins in addition to new and unpublished compositions by the trio.
COR DAS CORDAS also counts, in the recordings and shows, with the percussionist EDMUNDO CARNEIRO - a Brazilian musician based in France, with extensive international experience, having shared the stage with great names such as: Baden Powell, Tania Maria, Toots Thielemans, Ana de Hollanda , Rosinha de Valença, Ivan Lins, Seu Jorge, among others.

"The hard part of listening to a guitar record is that, many times, the performer is more concerned with exhibiting technique and virtuosity than with making the music flow to the listener. That is why artists such as Pat Metheny, Toninho Horta, Duo fel and Maogani are differentiated, as they meet both demands.
Cor das Cordas is one of those who play for the audience. In the best sense." Kiko Ferreira - O ESTADO DE MINAS (newspaper).
