In this special performance, Mariana Elsas makes her debut on the Dutch/European music scene. With a powerful and precise voice, she sings a refined selection of songs that marked her career in music. From afro-sambas and bossas to popular sambas, Mariana brings you a taste of the bohemian nights of São Paulo, the biggest city in Brazil.
After moving to the Netherlands and taking a five-year break from performing, she now returns to the stage with a lot of emotion, singing alongside the talented musicians Daniel Montes, Wagner Vasconcelos and Elizabeth Fadel.

Nesta apresentação especial, Mariana Elsas faz sua estreia no cenário musical holandês/europeu. Com uma voz potente e precisa, ela canta uma refinada seleção de canções que marcaram sua trajetória na música. Dos afro-sambas e bossas aos sambas populares, Mariana lhe traz um gostinho das noites boêmias de São Paulo. Depois de se mudar para a Holanda e ficar cinco anos sem se apresentar, ela volta aos palcos com muita emoção, cantando ao lado dos talentosos músicos Daniel Montes, Wagner Vasconcelos e Elizabeth Fadel.

Bio- Mariana Elsas
Daughter of painter Therezia Elsas and granddaughter of painter Harry Elsas, Mariana Elsas has, since her early childhood, been connected to art and especially to music. She has shown her talents since an early age, which her grandfather Harry used to call “rhythm in the veins”.
She started singing to audiences at age 15 in the city of Santos on the coast of São Paulo state. At age 18, she moved to the big city of São Paulo to study Language and Literature at the University of São Paulo (USP). At USP, she had the chance to meet other young artists and specialise in the samba and bossa nova rhythms.
Mariana fell in love with São Paulo’s bohemian nights and started singing in bars of traditional neighbourhoods in the city’s western region. In 2018, at age 30, she moved to the Netherlands, where she started showing her talents as a guest in local projects. After being noticed by both audiences and musicians, she is now focused on building her European career as a singer.

Filha da pintora Therezia Elsas e neta do pintor Harry Elsas, Mariana Elsas está ligada à arte desde a infância e especialmente à música. Ela mostrou desde cedo seus talentos, que seu avô Harry chamava de “ritmo no sangue”.
Ela começou a cantar para o público aos 15 anos na cidade de Santos no litoral de São Paulo. Aos 18 anos, mudou-se para a capital paulista para estudar Letras na Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Na USP, ela teve a chance de conhecer outros jovens artistas e se especializar nos ritmos do samba e da bossa nova. Mariana se apaixonou pelas noites boêmias de São Paulo e começou a cantar em bares de bairros tradicionais da zona oeste da cidade. Em 2018, aos 30 anos, mudou-se para a Holanda, onde começou a mostrar seus talentos como convidada em projetos locais. Depois de ser notada pelo público e pelos músicos, ela agora está focada em construir sua carreira européia como cantora.
