"Ann'd Friends" is a new Amsterdam-based jazz quintet featuring Sarah van den Bergh (vocals), Pierre Balda (double bass), Annick Sickinghe (drums), David van der Grinten (piano) and Daniël Keller (alto sax).
These cats met each other at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and even though they have different backgrounds, they're all driven by the same thing: swing.
Their repertoire consists of classic jazz tunes and some original music.
