An ironic research in English!

Inspired by Sophocles' Antigone, this monologue is like a continuation of Greek tragedy.

Carlos Trafic played the role of King Creon who condemned Antigone. He took this old myth as his starting point. His search for the character of Creon led him to this theatrical version.

He wants to show how King Creon, Antigone's uncle, becomes obsessed with the idea of never being able to die again and be guilty for all eternity. His fate is to consider the reality of his life.

Consequently, the actor seeks the limits between reality and hallucination. He provokes questions, it is up to the public to make their own answer.
