Trio Galantes is een romantisch trio uit Amsterdam, gespecialiseerd in de grote hits van de gouden jaren van Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek, de jaren '30, '40 en '50. Gevormd door drie klassiek geschoolde muzikanten, Alvaro Pinto Lyon (Chile), Humberto Albores Martinez (Mexico) en Augusto Valença (Brazilië), zingend in close-harmony met de begeleiding van akoestische gitaren, vertolkt de groep een grote verscheidenheid aan originele en fusion Latin stijlen, waaronder Bolero's, Chorinho's, Guaracha's, Ranchera's en Tango's.

Trio Galantes is a romantic trio from Amsterdam, specialized in the big hits of the golden years of Latin American music, the 30s, 40s and 50s. Formed by three classically trained musicians, Alvaro Pinto Lyon (Chile), Humberto Albores Martinez (Mexico) and Augusto Valença (Brazil), singing in close harmony with the accompaniment of acoustic guitars, the group performs a wide variety of original and fusion Latin styles, including Boleros, Chorinhos, Guarachas, Rancheras and Tangos.
