Alaor Soares is a percussionist, drummer, teacher and producer “paulista” from São Paulo.
Considered one of the most important promoters of Brazilian Music in the Netherlands, Alaor teaches at conservatories, primary and high schools. As producer of major Brazilian Music events
(Viva Brasil Festival, Brasil Sinfônico, a.o.) he already brought to the stages of Holland artists such as Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Ivete Sangalo, Djavan, Jorge Benjor, João Bosco, Gal Costa,
among others.

Marcelo Godoy is a singer and composer, “mineiro” from Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
For many years he was a member of famous folklore group “Banze” which he performed on many tours round the world.
Living in Rotterdam, Holland, since 1993, he has created and developed many different projects aiming a better interaction between the Dutch and Brazilian communities.
His first CD called “Inspiral”, was recorded in Rio in ’91, his second CD “Paralelo 16”, was recorded in Amsterdam and released by the well known jazz label CrisCrazz Records and he is
about to release his last CD “Anjo Incompleto” which was recorded this year in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.
Marcelo was strongly influenced by MPB (Brazilian Popular Music) at first by ‘Bossa Nova’ and later by ‘Tropicália’.
